Privacy Policy

Tamil Event ("we", "us") helps you discover Tamil music events across Europe and book tickets. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

• Your name, email and password — the password is stored securely by Supabase Auth; we never see it.
• Optional profile details: country, city, gender, profile photo and bio.
• Your tickets, orders and payment status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never store them.
• Who you follow, your notifications, and messages you send to organisers and artists.
• Basic device/session info to enforce the 2-device limit and keep you signed in.
• A record of which Terms / Privacy version you accepted, and when.

We never store your card or bank details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Data is stored in Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) with Row-Level Security, so each user can only reach their own data.

You can request a copy of your data, export it, and delete your account from Settings → Privacy & your data in the app, or via our account deletion page. Deleting your account erases your personal information; for legal and accounting reasons we keep anonymised records of past purchases (with your name removed).

The app does not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. It stores only what's needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings on your device.
